Whatever you do, do with the determination

Yes, I am not a web-designer but I did teach myself to build an aesthetically and pleasing
website for Bansal Trading Company. I did my graduation BBA from GGSIP University. I have
never been a designer, it was never a skill that I knew I had.

I joined BTC 1.5 years ago and one of my important job roles was to handle the website project.

After a long search, it was very challenging and difficult to find a best company of web designing to create a conceptual website. Best company not on the basis of knowledge of coding and designing, but on the basis of them matching our lofty requirements our zeal and passion and of course our perfectionist and stubborn approach. 

Creativity is a skill that you can work on with time and effort. It was a challenge to adapt a theme that defines BTC, without doing the obvious of showing images of Chemicals, drums or bags. It was the most difficult challenge for us and a bottle neck for us to approach the alternate method of conveying and differentiating our website. But if you are passionate about something, then you can move to Next Mountain after crossing the difficult one. We got the theme and that Mountains expresses the Zeal and passion of every member of Bansal Trading Company.

Website designing is challenging but to direct/instruct in a right direction is the most difficult task. For Non designers, building a website is like watching a Tamil movie without English subtitles and designing one is like directing the same picture with no knowledge of the local language.

I learnt so many things when I was involved in this project. I want to share few of them with you:

1. Challenging Yourself with Creative Exercises- Creativity takes time and practice So, Open yourself up to new ideas and experiences. I followed my passion and enjoyed the work. Mountains with snow fall indicate the cool and positive culture of BTC.
2. Role of absorbing the Information- The more information you’re able to absorb, the more creative you will be. We gained the knowledge and information from Inspirational videos Website & Graphic Design Trends 2018 & 2019 which helped us to push the boundaries of creativity.
3. Sketch it first- Make something with your hands. This can help encourage more creative thinking. When I wanted to feel more creative, I tried activities in which we create using my hands like I drew the layouts/sketches for every inner page. Sketches are a beautiful way of rapid brainstorming.
4. Develop your expertise- Almost every job requires that you continue learning and strengthening the skills. Part of being creative is gaining expertise in one area or medium and learning as much as you can about it. Live with your passion and Love what you do.
5. Adapt Complicated Design– To apply the complicated concept into your designs. We considered every single minor detailing like ice on our Mountaineer which expresses a realistic concept. Can you imagine the relation of Mountain theme with Distributor and Marketing Agent for Chemicals and raw materials for a variety of industries? There is a reason behind to choose this theme. Why did we choose Mountain Theme? Because ….

Mountains tell our story. We have grown, while we stayed grounded. The ability to strengthen our strengths with grit, passion & 60 years of unmatched dedication to serve better. Aware of who we are, and where we are going, to climb a bigger mountain.

• More white space: If a layout doesn’t look quite right, it’s very likely the lack of macro whitespace. Because white space is not empty space, it’s a graphical tool. So we followed Minimalistic Trade Trend for our Inner pages. We focused Layout the photos and use a simple grid.
• Use of background photo: A large background photo can help by drawing attention like our Contact Us Page- An extraordinary, astonishing and mind boggling page of our website.

I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious. I allowed my passion to become my purpose and got the title “CD”. It is a real honor for me.
