Job Description
Job Location: Delhi – Netaji Subhash Place
Experience Required: 1 year to 3 years
The Research and Development Executive for Home Care Products will have to
- Develop new products in the home care areas.
- Design and develop innovative and effective formulations for home care products.
- Technically lead, deliver and complete R&D projects through the Life cycle process.
- Generate ideas, develop products and conduct customer trials.
- Have experience in development of home care products.
- Review and optimize current formulations for better performance using optimal ingredients
- Have an eye for innovation, make recommendations to improve existing products and develop new products.
- Develop new ideas and understand marketing trends from the top home care brands.
- Carry out new product promotion to all home Care Brands in India.
- Conduct concept development by researching market trends
- Develop marketing strategies and brief the techno commercial team.
- Attend customer meetings with the Techno-marketing team.
Role: Research and Development Executive
Salary: 3LPA to 4.20 LPA
