Cyclopentasiloxane

Cyclopentasiloxane, which is also known as decamethylcyclopentasiloxane is silicone fluid used in antiperspirants, skin, sun care, hair conditioners, color cosmetics and particle/pigment treatment for bright, smooth and non-grease feel in products. It provides efficacy in antiperspirants and wet combing in hair conditioners. It is mainly used as a conditioner, lubricant, and solvent.
